Our Smoked Pork Sausage is made from trimmings from our hams, bacon and loins. It is first cured then smoked in the smoke house. It is fully cooked but to achieve the best flavor you need to warm it up. You can cut it into patties and brown them in a skillet, broil them in the oven, or simply microwave till hot.
Our Smoked Sausage pairs perfectly with eggs and pancakes for breakfast, and we use it for the sausage biscuits we serve in our store.
