For the best smoked flavor, serve your smoked cheese thinly sliced at room temperature.
--Robertson's Smoked Cheese ships without refrigeration and may get a little melty during warmer months. As per the USDA "hard cheeses such as cheddar, processed cheeses, do not require refrigeration for safety". Just put in the refrigerator to firm back up the cheese when received.
